New Orleans sludge legends Crowbar have been crushing stages for over 30 years, fusing Sabbath’s doom, Pantera’s punishing riffs, and Metallica’s intricate progressions. Pioneers of the 1990s NOLA sludge scene alongside Eyehategod, Acid Bath, Soilent Green, and Down, they helped define a genre. From their 1993 breakthrough to albums like Odd Fellows Rest, Equilibrium, Sever the Wicked Hand, and Zero and Below (2022), Crowbar deliver decades of uncompromising, cathartic sonic devastation, hypnotic, punishing, and unforgettable.
Joining them are Legions of Doom a doom supergroup from members of Saint Vitus, Trouble, The Skull, Leadfoot & more, bringing decades of heavy legacy into new, crushing territory.
And Silverburn, the solo vision of James “Jimbob” Isaac (Taint, Hark), now amplified by his live band. SITA (2023) delivers tectonic riffs, angular grooves & metaphysical heaviness, live, it’s pure head-crushing intensity.
